The MAJ Program by MissAndyeJ is an intimate three weeks long urban training intensive at the Flying Steps Academy for dancers seeking a more concentrated and personalized learning environment.

Created and led by MissAndyeJ (Choreographed for Jennifer Lopez, Maria Carey, Niki Minaj and many more), dancers will work weekly for 3 WEEKS, 5 days a week, around 6 hours per day (average) to receive specific and industry training.

MissAndyeJ will establish a safe, fun, and focused learning environment early on to help students achieve their highest level of success.

Besides specific focuses & techniques that will be given throughout the process, the MAJ includes weekly one on one meetings with MissAndyeJ to discuss individual discoveries, difficulties, constructive criticism, guidance or other personal growth strategies.

At the end of the program, we will shoot a professionally designed concept Video (approx. 10 Minutes) directed by MissAndyeJ allowing to showcase what they’ve achieved throughout the program and to promote yourself as a dancer.

To ensure your best personal development we just accept a maximum of 30 participants.

The minimum age for the program is 15.
