“Body and Belonging” is a workshop that approaches the body as a source of inspiration, a place of belonging, full of unlimited resources, and transformative potential.

The workshop uses movement, voice, and expressive arts, as creative resources to connect with the stories living inside of us that are waiting to be told. Looking at the body as a meeting point where past, present and future converge, we will address the inherent wisdom of the body to deepen awareness and transform our nature through performative states.
